I can't imagine what would posess someone to do such a thing to their old crummy truck. Boredom maybe? Whats with that huge air intake?

We had a booth for work at the Decatur Celebration that I volonteered to work at. Afterwards I wandered around taking photos since that's "what I do."
I took several of this great band, Everett Dean & the Hipnoz. What I really wanted were some aerial shots of the crowds. This was when I noticed an old parking garage in the middle of the festival.
As soon as I reached the second floor I was confronted by a guy with a radio. He wanted to know if I was with the Celebration. Fortunately
He noticed my The CW polo and said, "Ok, you're a vender, I'm just supposed to keep the public out."
I told him I was just taking some pictures and he wandered off. Pretty slick.
Anyway, photos will be on flickr soon.

I went and checked out the new Walmart at lunch today. This thing is absolutely huge.
It's also pretty poorly accessible and has all these cheezy sayings from Abe Lincoln on it. You know, because Abe is a big deal here in Springfiel Illinois.
Anyway, it has a very ritzy feel. Also I didn't find anything I couldn't live without in the toy aisles.

Today, as part of my "clean up this pig sty office I've been force into", I'm going to turn a whole lot of mess into something usable...

This is a lame "first post" post. Mostly I want to test the logistics of moblogging via email.
